Introduction
Many investors treat timing as the entire game: the right entry, the right exit, the right moment. It is an understandable ambition, but it can be costly when timing is treated as a standalone skill rather than an output of structural understanding.

For example, for weather-sensitive commodities, markets may reprice abruptly when constraints become newly visible (for example, disruptions that affect expected supply), even if those constraints were not yet reflected in commonly used technical signals. The research question, therefore, is not “When will price move?”, but “Where would constraints show up first—and how far ahead can we observe them using public, verifiable information?”
